She led behavioural solutions with measurable ROI applying psychological principles and sustainable behaviour change at MindGym, nilo.health, & Thrive Wellbeing. Interested in Growth, Activation and Teams, she led end-to-end research at fintech startup Cuvva and drove risk mitigation research at Jaguar Land Rover.

    She holds a Masters of Science degree in Organisational & Business Psychology from Manchester University and Is Test User Level 1 & 2 certified. Alexandra is a Member of the British Psychological Society.
